Chris is a Chartered Loss Adjuster who has gained extensive experience in dealing with a range of complex and high value Injury, Disease, Property liability, Products and Environmental losses, having investigated and handled liability claims across a variety of industry sectors.

Chris has particular experience in investigating Stress and Bullying/Harassment claims.

Recent Significant Losses

  • 2014 - Liability enquiries undertaken on behalf of defence lawyers in respect of a claim for psychiatric injuries allegedly sustained by a pupil from bullying and harassment throughout their entire education.

  • 2015 – Factual investigation on behalf of lawyers in respect of a fatal incident involving mining explosives.

  • 2016 - Liability, policy indemnity and quantum enquiries in respect of a Product Recall claim and Product’s Liability notification involving a nationwide brewer.

  • 2016 – Factual investigation on behalf of lawyers in respect of a Product’s Liability claim valued at >$70m concerning the aqua-feed industry.
